Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Sonora Chime Clock No. 257" mantel clock with 8 day time, strike and quarter chime on eight bells spring driven movements [two] in a mahogany case with silvered dial, c1915
CONDITION:
the case has the original finish that has been nicely rubbed down. The dial is in good condition with the signature slightly faded. Right side of case has two brass selectors, one for Chime-Silent, and one for chime on 4 bells [Westminster] or 8 Bells [Whittington]. Nice clean example. Ht 12"
